Pomotodo’s aim is to help you be more efficient, to help you get things done faster. To achieve this aim, it lets you easily create tasks, efficiently manage all your to dos, and conveniently sync your tasks. It must be mentioned here that Pomotodo is based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) time-management method and on the Pomodoro technique that says the human mind can only concentrate for about 25 minutes and thus breaks work down into 25-minute chunks to optimize productivity.

Pomotodo is available for multiple platforms: Microsoft’s Windows, Apple’s OS X and iOS, Google’s Android and Chrome. You can use it on your PC or Mac desktop, you can use it on the go on your iPhone or Android, you can use it with your Chrome browser. And speaking about browsers, it must be mentioned here that Pomotodo is also available as an web app. Visit Pomotodo’s website, log into your account, and start managing your tasks.

You can’t use Pomotodo without an account. When you’re done installing the application on your Windows PC, you will be invited to sign into your account. If you don’t have one, you’ll be directed to the Pomotodo registration page. once you’re done registering and you log into your account for the first time a “welcome to Pomotodo” prompt will show up and ask if you would like a guide.

The guide quickly presents the Pomodoro time management method, presents the GTD-based Todo, shows you how to input a task, shows you how to start a pomodoro, explains that when you finish a pomodoro a summary will be generated automatically, tells you that you should take 5 minutes break after finishing a pomodoro, and explains that you can review your work from the Statistics and History sections.

When you register for a Pomotodo account, you subscribe to the free version that has limited functionality to offer. OR to put it in other words, you’ll have to upgrade to Pomotodo Pro to gain access to all the features. Click here to see what extra features the Pro version has to offer.

Pomotodo will help you manage your tasks in an efficient manner and get things done faster.
